Slit Edge Precision
±0.5 mm shear cut slitting tolerances utilizing computerized high-speed rotary knives. Ensures dust-free edges, eliminating corrugator vacuum clogging and paper snaps.
Heavy-Wall Kraft Cores
Reinforced spiral cores in 76 mm (3”) or 102 mm (4”) inner diameter. Engineered to resist up to 2.5 MT unwinder chuck expansion pressures without core crushing or oval deformation.
All-Weather Barcode Wrapping
Radial stretch film multi-wrapping combined with thick circular side-discs. Each reel carries weather-proof thermal QR labels noting exact GSM, moisture %, net kg, and batch ID.
CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA) DISPATCH ASSURANCE.
No reel exits our Surat facility without complete lab testing. Our round-the-clock testing technicians log grammage, moisture, burst index, Cobb values, and caliper every 45 minutes of continuous production.
