Recovered material enters the mill, moves through a measured production chain and leaves as dependable industrial Kraft paper. Nothing about that sequence is incidental — each stage exists to protect consistency in the finished reel.

From multi-wire Fourdrinier forming to high-precision slitting, tight tolerances guarantee runnability on modern high-speed corrugators.
Stage 05 to 07: Web Consolidation
Hydraulic headbox with automated thermal slice lip control maintaining ±1.0% CD caliper.
Hydrodynamic Web Stratification & Bi-Nip Dewatering
The continuous stock enters pressurized hydraulic headboxes designed to jet fiber in two distinct plies: a long-fiber bottom layer providing structural tear resistance, and a refined surface ply optimized for ring crush, print clarity, and glue absorption.
Radiometric QCS Scanning & Precision Slitter Rewinding
Traversing scanners continuously pass over the web at Stage 09, monitoring GSM, moisture, and caliper in real time. Parent reels dock directly at the dual-drum slitter rewinder, where shear knives divide paper web into exact custom widths with ±0.5 mm tolerance.
Stage 11: Parent Reel Converting
Heavy-duty rotating carbide slitting units creating clean, burr-free roll edges.
In-Plant Quality Control Matrix
Tested under TAPPI T-402 environmental standards (23°C ± 1°C, 50% ± 2% RH) inside the Surat mill laboratory.
