Utilizing an advanced multi-wire Fourdrinier paper machine integrated with continuous Distributed Control Systems (DCS), the mill transforms sorted post-consumer and industrial corrugated clippings (OCC) into smooth, high-burst strength fluting media and testliner. Every run is calibrated for peak runnability, ring crush performance, and reliable moisture stability.
Automated DCS Pulping
Real-time stock preparation, continuous consistency regulation, and automated high-density cleaner banks eradicate debris while keeping cellulose fibers long and intact.
Closed Effluent Loop
Modern primary clarification, activated sludge biological reactors, and tertiary sand polishing achieve 90%+ water recycling with zero untreated chemical runoff.
